. Based on the results, what did you learn about yourself? What steps can you take as you progress through your professional career to help you manage stress? Conduct internet research on stress and other health conditions of current concern to organizations. What are organizations doing to help their employees manage their health and cope with stress?

The first thing I learned about myself was taking time within situations. A Lot of my feedback came from communication issues. One step I can take to progress through my professional career is by looking over every situation and not making rask decisions from the start. This will allow me to look at the situation as a whole and not have a biased opinion. Another suggestive feedback that I received is not having biased in decisions but rather look at it from a third party position. ANother way I can mange my stress in the workplace is working on my mindfulness and also having a meditation time during the day. This will allow me to destress and give feedback on everything that has happened that day. Along with this physical activity can act as another way i can destress within the workplace. Weather this be before work, during a lunch break, or after work. Physical activity has been proven to help relive stress and in my past this has been a great way through sports and competition. Another way I can relive my stress during the workday is through time management. I have found in the past that I have become overwhelmed because of time management issues. I received feedback that time management along with communication will alive a majority of the stress I face during the workday. ALong with this I will use my network, by Staying connected with friends, family, and colleagues. Building a strong support network can provide emotional relief and practical advice.
