Selfffffff Evaluation

I found out a lot about myself from taking the self-evaluation tests. I discovered that I was a bit impatient, which I already knew. The examination revealed that I used problem focus strategies in order to cope with stress. That was a first for me, I wasn’t aware of it but I did notice I use some sort of problem-solving to deal with my situations. I know that I had a temper but it is controlled and has been for a while now. The evaluation revealed that I will lash out at people, I would if people did something wrong especially if I feel as though the mistake could have been fatal. I would expect anyone to do that in public if they felt that way. The stress is or will affect my health in the future but I also knew that as well. To circumvent those issues I just participate in sports activities in the winter and summer months. Employers are providing more assistance programs for stressed employees. They also provide a more flexible schedule for the employees as well as being more mindful or sensitive to these types of issues. The steps I could take to help with these problems is always getting a wellness check from my local physician. Discussing with my employers and doctors the types of issues I’m experiencing and come up with alternatives to help with my issues. I feel as long as you’re communicating with your employers they also may have resources that could potentially help.
