Hello world!

Conduct internet research on stress and other health conditions of current concern to organizations. What are organizations doing to help their employees manage their health and cope with stress?

I discovered that I don’t have many areas in my life that are causing stress and that I have problem solving coping skills. However, I found that I struggle with irritability and inpatient but am typically considered warmth and tolerant. I am not surprised by my results given my background. I’ve been in therapy for 4 years and have developed the skills to keep my self regulated, and stress free. I actually learned that stress is a choice and when stress makes its way into your life… Tell yourself that everything is going to work itself out and truly believe that. When I transitioned how I thought about things like finances, school, life, and believed in the positive things I was telling myself, stress stopped existing and my life stopped being miserable. In my career I will continue to have this approach. Without feeling stressed, I have the ability to problem solve and this will help my career in the long run.

I did some research on stress and health conditions in the workplace and found anxiety, depression, or health problems such as cardiovascular disease due to how it impacts the workplace. Organizations find different ways to help employees manager their stress and health. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Onsite or Virtual Fitness Facilities, Flexible Work Hours or Remote Work. Programs like these can allow employees to reduce or manage their stress.
