How many of you know how to drive a manual car before, or have you tried to drive one. It is very likely that you had a bad experience with it if you did, because it gets pretty frustrating when your car kept dying from releasing the clutch too quick. Driving a manual car is for sure on a different level of difficulty than driving an automatic car.
I can proudly say that I learned how to drive with a manual car, but I have to admit it was super stressful. I got a hang of it after a while, and I thought driving a stick shift isn’t too bad until I tried to start up the car on a hill. Starting up a manual car on a hill can be a nightmare, because the car is much easier to stall when rolling backward. Imagine waiting for a red light on a hill with cars right behind you, that’s a lot of pressure knowing that you might stall the car, roll back and hit them.
Besides the horrible experience from learning how to drive it, I really enjoy the fun it brings to me, even though it can give you a big headache when driving in heavy traffic or places with a lot of stop signs and red lights.
