Bachelor’s degree in CS. Now what?

I started my post-baccalaureate program at OSU about a year and a half ago, and now, as I’m in my final semester, I’m feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty. I’m thrilled about finishing school and finally starting my career in the real world, but I’m also a bit torn because my studies have exposed me to various fields, making it hard to choose a specific path.

I have a keen interest in both low-level and high-level programming languages, and I also enjoy web development and project management. Lately, I’ve been leaning towards the idea of becoming a technical project manager. This inclination is partly based on my previous experiences in management, and I simply enjoy being in a role where I can oversee things. Plus, I have a knack for planning and organization, which makes this career option even more appealing.

As I weigh my options, I see this as a unique chance to combine my passion for technology and management. The transition from school to the professional world is a bit uncertain, but it’s also incredibly exciting because it’s a moment where everything I’ve learned so far can come together and shape my future career.
