Vendor registration for the 2\/21\/2026 conference is now open. We use Ideal Logic and your organization registration can be linked to your work email, please review the account creation options. If paying by index please fill out the form until payment screen and send us an email with index and financial contact (OSU only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2026 Oregon Small Farms Conference Vendor<\/a> (This is what most of you prefer to be and it is the MOST LIMITED)\u00a0<\/strong>$300 \u2013 Includes one 8\u201d covered and skirted table with chairs. Access to electricity, WiFi, and mounting\/glass walls are available upon request. Includes 1 full day registration, plus 1 additional registration (meals) may be purchased for a reduced rate of $35 (we will provide you a discount code for registration). We include a vendor list in the conference registration packet. Any additional members of your party will need to register at the full conference rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2026 Oregon Small Farm Conference Vendor \u2013 DISPLAY ONLY\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>
$125 \u2013 This is a display only table<\/strong>! These tables will be located in the CH2M Hill Alumni Center, against a wall. They are designed to be\u00a0unstaffed\u00a0<\/strong>tables displaying a program. If you need a staffed table, please see the other options. Includes 1 registration (valued at $85). These tables can be manned during the lunch hour when every participant will walk by in the lunch line. This is a great option for quick dot surveys or for those with limited time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
