Today, my Capstone teammates and I had our first meeting. The main purpose of the meeting was to get the details down for our team standards, which will serve as a guide to working together throughout the quarter.

During the call, we bounced ideas off one another, and everyone agreed with most, if not all, of each other’s opinions and perspectives – I think this is a good sign for the road ahead of us as we continue to work collaboratively to complete our project.

We also started brainstorming ideas on which technologies to use for our Job Tracker project, and preliminarily decided on React and Javascript on the frontend and the backend. While I have limited experience on both technologies, I am looking forward to explore and learn.

This course will allow me to experience both teamwork and learning new technologies, which will be a lot like when I start a job after graduation, and I am here for it.
