The application deadline is Feb. 22.<\/p>\n<p>The program is open to any undergraduate student who will have completed the equivalent of two years of full time study by June 13, 2016 <em>and<\/em> who is currently enrolled in any U.S. college or university (or who will have graduated during the 2015-2016 academic year).
