Thanks to the this post-bacc program I was able to qualify for the role (being an intern) and now am on my way to getting a full-time position at the end of this term! Additionally, as I transition to a full-time role, I will also be moving over to a developer role. While I am excited for the transition, I still have a lot to learn and it&#8217;s a bit overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving into a developer role is a bit nerve-wracking for me. I am proud of my accomplishments and being able to get to this point, however I can&#8217;t help but feel a bit of &#8220;imposter syndrome&#8221;. This isn&#8217;t the first time I&#8217;ve felt &#8220;imposter syndrome&#8221; and I&#8217;m sure it won&#8217;t be my last. One method that I&#8217;ve used to deal with this is by just overworking myself. However this is usually just a band-aid fix for coming to terms with imposter-syndrome. Ultimately, the best fix I&#8217;ve found for dealing with it is to just accept that I have a lot to learn and be proud of where I&#8217;ve gotten to so far.
