What am I good at?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am great at being resourceful. I find that these resources extend from not just know where to find information, but knowing who can provide more resources. I am able to do this through the connections that I build with others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. What do I value?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My three professional core values are connection, care &amp; courage. I really value the relationships that I hold with others. Through those relationships I show a deep sense of care for those I am connected to. I think it takes a lot of courage to open yourself up to other people and to act in a way that serves others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. How did I get here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have always been drawn to exploring unknown. This can be interacting with strangers, learning new skills, or being open to experiencing new opportunities I would not have considered on my own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Where am I going?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have found a love for Human Resources. When most people say they want to go into HR, the most common reason I hear for their &#8220;why&#8221; is because they want to &#8220;help people&#8221;. We are social animals with an innate desire to help others in some capacity. I think for me it is deep than just wanting to help others. I want to continue my career in HR because I want to help advocate for others and help develop people into discovering their full potential. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
