{"id":220,"date":"2022-03-15T16:55:32","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T23:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/schellmanresearch\/?p=220"},"modified":"2023-08-18T15:21:02","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T22:21:02","slug":"recipes-fast-salmon-on-a-grill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/schellmanresearch\/2022\/03\/15\/recipes-fast-salmon-on-a-grill\/","title":{"rendered":"Recipes: Fast Salmon on a grill"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Take a 1\/2 to 1 pound salmon fillet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fire the grill up to super hot &#8211; Or oven on max<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take about 6 feet of foil and fold it over so it&#8217;s double thick. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the salmon in the middle of the foil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 tbs of soy sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tsp of sesame oil (if you have it)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cut up a few scallions and put them on top<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have basil leaves add them as well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cut up about 1 inch of ginger into little slices and put it on top<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>fold the foil around the salmon so it&#8217;s sealed (means you roll up the edges to make a seal on 3-4 sides. )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the grill\/oven is really hot, put the salmon in for 12 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>let it sit for about 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EAT!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Take a 1\/2 to 1 pound salmon fillet Fire the grill up to super hot &#8211; Or oven on max Take about 6 feet of foil and fold it over so it&#8217;s double thick.
