As a result of the findings, the federal Institute for Museum and Library Services made funds available to states wanting to develop plans that combat for these heritage collections.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oregonmuseums.org\/\">Oregon Museums Association<\/a>, on behalf of a collaboration of Oregon museums, libraries and other cultural institutions, is spearheading the Oregon preservation training planning effort.
