This year we\u2019re highlighting the various ways that Beaver Nation have prepared and publicized cheese!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1s_GqjbXHdupzmznULu3KiVKw1sHYW_a9m9RUbwAm3FQ\/edit?gid=0#gid=0\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1s_GqjbXHdupzmznULu3KiVKw1sHYW_a9m9RUbwAm3FQ\/edit?gid=0#gid=0\">SIGN UP TO MAKE A RECIPE HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cheese research and production has a long history on campus that is reflected in many university theses, articles, publications, and faculty papers held by the OSU Libraries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To inspire the preparation of cheese-centric dishes for the \u2018Chives event, we\u2019re sharing some recipes from these sources in the form of links and PDFs listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ir.library.oregonstate.edu\/concern\/honors_college_theses\/dr26z038q?locale=en\"><strong>Cheese Tour \u201908: A journey to four of Oregon\u2019s farmstead creameries and into the world of artisan cheese<\/strong>.<\/a> (Michelle Spatz, Honors College thesis, 2008)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A Collection of OSU\u2019s Favorite Recipes<\/strong>.
