Glitter in the Archives!<\/strong><\/p>\n Thursday 10\/19<\/p>\n 4:00-6:00, SCARC reading room<\/p>\n Bring your imagination and curiosity about OSU and Corvallis-area Queer history to our 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0annual Glitter in the Archives crafting showcase! This public event will feature archival materials to inspire collage-making and a chance to find more out more about the OSU Queer Archives (OSQA).<\/p>\n Taste of the \u2018Chives-A Showcase of Global Flavors<\/strong><\/p>\n Tuesday 10\/31<\/p>\n 12:00-1:00, Willamette Rooms<\/p>\n Sample the many flavors brought to campus by international student clubs! This annual public tasting of archived recipes will showcase dishes such as\u00a0caldo verde<\/em>, snake cake, lemon rice, and\u00a0aloo gobi<\/em>\u00a0originally featured at cultural celebrations.\u00a0 \u00a0These recipes can be found here<\/a>\u00a0along with many others, so if you want to prepare and share one of these at the event-that would be great! \u00a0Being Halloween, the archival button fairy will haunt you with a free prize if you\u2019re donned in your festive best.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
