As an engineering educator, I seek to equip students with strong technical skills to achieve design innovation as well as a strong philosophical foundation to navigate a fast-changing technological society. At the core of my pedagogy is creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students&#8211;and especially minoritized students in STEM&#8211;that encourages discussion, critical thinking, self-reflection, self-efficacy\/agency, and project-based learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To see my <strong>Teaching Portfolio<\/strong>, please request via email.
