OREGON SEA GRANT ANNOUNCES 2016-18 RESEARCH GRANT RECIPIENTS
Oregon Sea Grant, a marine research, outreach, education and communication program based at Oregon State University, is awarding $1.7 million in competitive, federally funded research grants for 2016-18.
The grants will go to eight principal investigators at OSU, Oregon Health & Science University, and the University of Oregon for research into marine-related issues. Read the full press release here.

The gifts that we purchased with the donations from the office for the Joy Drive are pictured here. In addition to providing toys for the three boys we sponsored, we were able to provide their family with a gift card to purchase food, and we purchased extra toys for additional families. It represents the kick-off of monthly training/education/outreach between these groups that support our faculty engaged in world-class research.
