As a headhunter intern, I actually have some of my own views on the interview process and some techniques. Because my job every day will contact some candidates back to participate in the interview, and we will also have a pre-interview coaching work for them, the purpose is that they can better pass the interview and we can also get the performance. After the interview, we can also learn from the client company some of the problems and mistakes of the candidates in the interview, I can also better learn some professional knowledge and tips. The interviewer must pay attention to the key points of the question, grasp the keywords, answer the question in a targeted manner, pay attention to logical thinking, be organized, and concise and clear, cut to the point; highly refined. I also want to think about this week’s reading material Lecture 3: Improving Interview Effectiveness, “preparation-private location, review job description and applicant The most important part to do before the interview is materials”.
In the interview some of the necessary steps such as self-introduction, project experience sharing, or salary negotiation these links we do not say anything more. I will talk about some aspects that sometimes the interviewer will not care about. For example, if the interviewer asks you what you think about your previous employer, you should state the facts objectively, never deny your current employer, be grateful, and affirm your previous employer. Every company will encounter problems of one kind or another at different stages of development, and no company is perfect.
Another is that if you are leaving and jumping ship, the interviewer will ask you about the motivation for leaving: if it is because the company’s status quo is bad or turbulent, never say so directly, otherwise, it will give the interviewing unit a feeling of a tree falling over a sinking ship; about the motivation, analyze the matter more from the perspective of your own career development; adherence: change is icing on the cake.
