What am I good at? I have always been a great communicator. With that I have been able to build a substantial amount of relationships that I will cherish forever. But this has also led me to more opportunities than I can imagine due to the fact that am very social and a great talker.
What do I value? As I mentioned how I feel that I have great relationship building skills, connections are highly valued to me. People mean a lot to me, especially the ones I have developed a connection with. Because of this, I value a job where I will get the chance to build a relationship with customers.
How did I get here? Ever since I was young, I had no problem talking to a random person and building a conversation from the ground up. Because of this, I always knew that I was going to enjoy the business world. My love for numbers made me realize that sales would be the best position for me, I chose management as my major because it was broad enough to the point that I would be able to take my business career down the path I determine I want.
Where am I going? I always knew that with such a broad degree I was going to need training to get where I want to go. I want to be the best sales manager. I am fortunate enough to have accepted an offer in a training position where I will be able to learn the skills, I need to someday become a sales manager. I can help myself get there but continuously improving the skills I’m strong at, as well as the ones I’m weak at.
