Below are my results for each of the characteristic&#8217;s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My score on Extraversion is average, indicating I am neither a subdued loner nor a jovial chatterbox. I enjoy time with others but also time alone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My level of Agreeableness is average, indicating some concern with others&#8217; Needs, but, generally, unwillingness to sacrifice yourself for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My score on Conscientiousness is high. This means I set clear goals and pursue them with determination. People regard me as reliable and hard-working<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My score on Neuroticism is low, indicating that I am exceptionally calm, composed and unflappable. I do not react with intense emotions, even to situations that most people would describe as stressful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My score on Openness to Experience is low, indicating I like to think in plain and simple terms. Others describe me as down-to-earth, practical, and conservative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a potential employer were to look at my results, I could find a couple of different strengths and weaknesses they could pull from. Some strengths they could find is that I can be sociable at the appropriate times and can also be left alone and get my work done. In addition, I would be seen as reliable and hard-working, which is a huge skill for any employee to have. Lastly, I have a calm presence and react calmly in stressful situations and know how to take care of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In contrast, I also have a few different weaknesses as well. Some characteristics an employer could see as weaknesses is my unwillingness to sacrifice myself for others. I am always willing to help out my team, however not if it is something good for the company. In addition, I am not super open to new experiences, which could be a weakness for a company that is wanted to rebrand or looking for someone to change the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, I think the test results were fairly accurate, and I think that my personality would work for a lot of different companies as an employee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I took the IPIP-NEO test that took me around ten minutes to complete.
