This is the ranasmurfin protein.\u00a0 It has an unusual name and it’s function is unknown.\u00a0 I chose to just render the backbone because I liked how it eliminated enough clutter to emphasize the symmetry of the protein.\u00a0 It’s a blue protein found from the foam nests of a tropical frog.\u00a0 (The fact that it’s blue may be part of the “smurf” root in the name but I’m not sure)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
