I have done visitor surveying before and understand that people rarely want to have time taken out of their day so it is essential to make it short. I asked the following questions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is your primary motivation for coming to the riverwalk?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How often do you visit the riverwalk?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is the cost of entry worth it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are there any improvements that you would like to see?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kept them open-ended so that it sounded more like a conversation rather than boring yes or no questions. Since I was just surveying right off my phone I made multiple choices that only I could see pre-filled with answers that Alex and I anticipated would be common. Asking about the cost of entry was not really needed for the goal of my report, but I figured it would be a good lead into the last question because it would force people to consider the monetary cost of the membership when asked about improvements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Part of my project was to survey the garden members down at the riverwalk section of the estate; Here is how I created a short survey.
