Exhibition Fair Information for Vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Conference will be hosting an Exhibition Fair, sponsored by PhanArt<\/a>, to allow businesses and artists from the Phish community to display, promote, and sell their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibition Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two exhibition\/vending options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. One table (or space equivalent), includes one conference registration: $500<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Two tables (or space equivalent), includes one conference registration: $600<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Shared table [half 6′ table and one chair], includes one conference registration: $295<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The table reservation is for all day Saturday and Sunday<\/strong>. There will be a dedicated Exhibition Fair session during which conference attendees will visit vendors. The conference schedule will also include ample breaks during which vendors will have an opportunity to meet with attendees and sell products. All vendors will be listed on the public conference website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The conference will be in the OSU LaSells Stewart Center<\/a>. The exhibition space will be seconds away from the rooms in which presentations will take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To reserve your spot in the Exhibition Fair, complete the \u201cPhish Studies Vendor<\/a>\u201d form and return it to phishstudies@oregonstate.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After receiving your complete information, OSU Conference Services will send you an invoice. You will then be able to pay via check or use a credit card through an online system. Your reservation is guaranteed after receipt and confirmation of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Conference Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After your payment is processed, you will be sent instructions for registering. One conference registration is included with your Exhibition Hall reservation. Additional attendees are welcome but must register for the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
