Critiquing a Recruitment Ad

I think my brand is somebody who is outspoken, reliable, and hardworking. I feel like these are things that potential employers initially notice about me when I have conversations with them. By the way, I carry myself and communicate with people who can tell right off the bat that I can deal well with clients and improve/maintain relations. Moreover, another one of my strengths is talking about my past accomplishments and experience. Being able to clearly communicate this without stuttering shows that you are knowledgeable and can easily apply your past experience to whatever tasks the organization will need to be done. I think what makes me unique is people don’t need proof of my hard work and reliability, the way I present myself and speak to potential employers they can understand that reliability and hard work won’t be an issue.

When it comes to making a situation want ad it’s important to portray your ad as a novel so the reader can get a clear understanding of your steps to success and what you’ve accomplished. When making mine, I would start by briefly discussing the company I started back in high school and talk about international supply and working with Amazon. I would then go into my past work experience with being a barista and my superb customer service skills. This allows employers to see that I received a promotion and had to deal with customer interactions on a daily basis. I would also want to list my strengths so organizations can see how my skills and past projects could help them out in their organization. When making a situation want ad you don’t want it to be too long, you want to focus on it being short and sweat the ensure the reader captures all the information. I would also include a professional headshot so the reader can have a physical context of the person their reading about. Lastly, you have to promote your situation ad, you can use this by using popular social media or even places like LinkedIn. This isn’t the most common strategy nowadays for trying to find a job but if done properly it can be extremely effective.
