Hello, what i want to post about today will be related to some of my life hacking skills for stress.
I am currently working full time and full time student (15credit this term) at the same time and have a child about to be born very soon. I guess this could be another level of stress that comes to me. So what do i do to relieve this stress and to be able to stablize my current self is skill that i want to talk about.
While back my stress relieving skill was just try to forget about the issue and not think about it, it worked for some times but once it pilled up it started to break myself. Since i noticed that how my past stress relieving skill wasnt working i started to search for other things to do. Like myself who doesnt have much time to do hobby or things that may help you smile its hard to relieve all the stress. But what i did was to utilize time in between work and home, or before work when preparing. Two things, first it would be running i have a dog which needs to be walked every morning so i used that time to start running in cold weather (like 5am 6am) which did help me cool down and be able to think straight. Second would be that listen to music that i like during time when doing house chores or anytime i can (except when studying doesnt helpuch to focus). These two method helped me through as someone who doesnt have time to play game or watch tv shows. But this is my life skills it may help for some people but it may not work for some people. What i can recommmend for those who are searching for method for stress relieving try things that you havent tried work out, sing or listen to music or watch youtube inbetween transition. Once you find it, it will help alot its better to have atleast one skill to relieve stress to keep yourself straight and be able to function through out the day!
