Time to mark your calendar to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Oregon Society of Weed Science (OSWS) in person!  Once again, the meeting will be held at the Hood River Inn, Hood River, OR on October 21 & 22 of 2025 The hotel is located here: Location.

It is important that you make your room reservations at the Hood River Inn by October 1st.  After that date, the rooms will be released to the public and not held specifically for OSWS at special rates.    For reservations at the Hood River Inn, call:  1-800-828-7873.

Registration fee which includes membership dues in OSWS and registration fees for the annual will be $150/person until October 01, 2025. Registration will increase to $175/person on October 02, 2024. 

The meeting will be  approved for continue educational credits for Oregon, Washignton and Idaho credits.
