This last week has been some of the strangest weather. I live in the PNW and I can’t remember experiencing something like this. The week started with sunny weather in the 70s. Bee’s were dropped off for our orchard to pollinate. When Monday came the snow began to fall. It has been a winter wonderland for 4 days now and seems just so strange for mid April. Hopefully it doesn’t continue, our crop is already probably ruined. Thank goodness for insurance ha.

Work this last week has been interesting. I have had to create a new partition on an IBM server to create a web-host environment with a linux environment. It has been a huge learning experience and extremely frustrating at times. Finally, the OS was installed after much troubleshooting but now I will have to figure out why it isn’t connecting to online in order to download more installs that are needed.

I have also been busy with working on some job applications. My current job is fantastic but there are some openings at another company that would greatly increase my pay and benefits. Hard to leave a company you enjoy so much but can’t stay in one place forever I suppose.

The project plan was developed this last week with great success. I am truly thankful for my team. They are a great group of lads. We have many goals to accomplish this next week which I know we will. Other than that just have to keep grinding and learning!
