We are excited to showcase your organization at the 2018 Oregon Indian Education Association conference. There are a limited number of vendor tables available, so please register early.

Below are details for planning and registering a table.

  • Vendor registration is $50, which does not include food and beverage. (There are many food options available in the Memorial Union).
  • Vendor showcase will take place in the multipurpose room 13, on the same level as the ballroom.
  • Tables will be provided and are 6′ in length – due to space limitations, no outside tables, please.
  • Vendor load-in begins May 1 at 7:00 am and load-out is 1:00 pm on May 2 and must be completed by 5:00 pm.
  • Vendors may utilize the loading zone on Jefferson Ave directly in front of the Memorial Union. A 20 min loading zone permit is available from the Memorial Union Information Desk. Once you have unloaded, you will need to move your vehicle to an appropriate lot for long term parking.  Click here for a map of the Memorial Union area.
