My Personal Brand

As I prepare to graduate college and start a career, I have realized it has become more important than ever to establish my personal brand. I think I have a solid idea of what my brand is, and I would love to share with you. I think my single biggest strength is communication. I have always been excellent at communicating and that has to do with my impressive social skills. Of course, all of us ger nervous at times, and if you didn’t get nervous then there might be something wrong with you. But I have never had a problem having a thoughtful conversation with a stranger or anyone I come across. I have always been able to create a relationship with someone and that’s why I always thought I would excel in sales, hence why I want to be a sales manager someday. My character makes me unique; I have never been average, and I have never settled for average. I think it’s easy to understand that once you get to know me a bit. I think my resume displays a clear novel of who I am as I mention that my single best skill is highly effective communication between management, employees, and customers. I think the best way I’ll be able to describe this to employers is through interviews when they present me with scenario type questions where I can provide examples of the times where my effective communication ultimately helped me solve a problem or help the situation. When it comes to weaknesses there is one main thing that I am working on. I have always been very responsible, and I think really far ahead about what needs to be completed. Sometimes this actually hurts me because I put too much on my plate and I end causing myself a whole lot of stress trying to prioritize the tasks I need to get done. So something I am working on is how to prioritize effectively and being able to get one thing done at a time rather than trying to complete five things at a single given time.
