  • Installing backer rod and caulk
  • Start installing glass and pressure bar

• Auditorium – West Elevation:
  • Installing backer rod and caulk

  • Finish installing vertical siding MWC

• Auditorium – East Elevation:
  • Finish installing beauty cap and flashing *

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
• Commons Wing – Rough-in Framing:
• Continue framing bathroom shear walls and walls
• Finish installing MEP at 2^nd floor corridors
• Installing seat sheathing
• Start installing balance drywall at 2^nd floor walls

• Commons Wing – Auditorium:
  • Start installing scaffolding for finish and painting

• Lab Wing – Level 1 Rough-in Remaining:
• Start installing overhead MEP at OTS

• Lab Wing –  Level 2 Rough-in:
  • Continue installing cable tray at OTS and Commons

• Lab Wing – Level 2 – Offices and Conference Rooms
  • Finish installing MEP at ceilings
  • Start installing grid

• Lab Wing – Level 2 – Labs:
  • Finish installing grid and necessary tiles

• Lab Wing – Level 2 – Bathrooms and Hard Lid Rooms
  • Finish installing MEP at hard lids.
  • Start installing gyp walls and lids (contingent on MEP inspection)

• Lab Wing –  Level 3 Rough-in:
  • Continue installing MEP in Labs overhead
  • Continue framing walls at E/3 then clockwise

• Roof – West Penthouse ELEV Equip Room:
• Finish installing fire protection
• Installing cover for MEP

• Roof – East Penthouse Storage, ELEV Lobby, & Staging:
• Finish finishing Gyp *
• Stuff and spraying top of wall
• Installing ceiling OTS insulation
• Start painting the room

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
