  • Form and install foam at 1^st 3^rd of the Ramp
• High Roof Auditorium:
  • Start installing zinc roofing
• Low Roof Auditorium:
  • Continue installing foam into Epic deck, insulation, and cover board
• Lab Wing Main Roof:
  • Continue installing hot fluid-applied rubber asphalt (tying to exterior walls)
• Penthouses:
  • Finish installing framing *
  • Start installing sheathing *
• Lab High Roof West:
  • Continue installing roof

• FRAMING SHEATING (2^nd & 3^rd Floor)
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Finish installing air & water barrier
  • Continue installing flashing at pop outs, window steel at pop outs
  • Start installing temp window protection (if needed)

• FRAMING SHEATING (1^st Floor)
  • Lab Wing – West Elevation:
• Finish installing window steel at head & sill, flashings, air & water barrier, and temp window protection (of needed)*
  • Lab Wing – North Elevation:
• Finish installing window steel at window head & sill, flashings, and air & water barrier, and temp window protection (if needed) *

• Finish installing window steel at window head & sill, flashings, and air & water barrier

  • Continue installing vertical wood cladding

  • Continue installing insulation & horizontal cleat, flashings & trim, vertical wood cladding, and windows
• Lab Wing – East Elevation:
  • Installing flashings and trim
  • Start installing backer rod and caulk
• Lab Wing – South Elevation:
  • Start installing vertical Z girt and windows

• INTERIOR BUILDOUT
• Mechanical & Back of House:
  • Finish installing in-wall MEP at Electrical Rooms *
  • Finish installing gyp top out *
  • Start stuffing and spraying for STC’s
• Lab Wing Level 2 – Rough-in:
  • Continue installing MEP in Labs
  • Continue framing walls (starting at E/3 clockwise)

• SITE IMPROVEMENTS
• Mechanical Enclosure M0101:
  • Stripping retaining walls, damp proofing walls, back filling walls, and forming sidewalks & steps
  • Start placing sidewalk and steps at EOW
• ODF&W Parking and Sidewalks:
  • Finish excavating for Public Rain Garden*
  • Finish balance of storm work *
  • Installing pole base and electrical for exterior light poles
  • Start forming sidewalks and mono curbs
