FRAMING SHEETING (2^nd & 3^rd Floor)
- Lab Wing West & SW Elevation:
  - Installing temp window protection (if needed)
- Lab Wing North Elevation:
  - Finish installing air and water barrier
  - Continue installing window steel at pop outs and flashing at pop outs
- Lab Wing East Elevation:
  - Installing exterior gyp and window steel at pop outs
  - Start installing flashing at pop outs and air & water barrier
- Lab Wing South Elevation:
  - Start installing steel studs
- Penthouses:
  - Finish installing framing

FRAMING SHEETING (1^st Floor)
- Lab Wing West Elevation
  - Installing exterior gyp
  - Start installing window steel at window head & sill, flashing, and air & water barrier
- Lab Wing North Elevation
  - Installing steel studs

WINDOWS & SIDING
- West Elevation
  - Finish installing backer rods & caulking, flashing, and trim
  - Start installing glass, pressure bar, and siding horizontal cleat

INTERIOR BUILD OUT
- Mechanical & Back of House
  - Placing all housekeeping pads and installing hollow metal doors
  - Start framing walls
- Rough In 2^nd Floor
  - Laying out walls and wall penetrations
  - Start installing MEP in Labs

SITE IMPROVEMENTS
- Mechanical Enclosure M0101
  - Finish installing electrical and chilled water
  - Backfilling for electrical and chilled water
- ODF&W Parking and Sidewalks
  - Installing erosion control and site fencing at EOW
