Topological Network Properties Analysis (TopNet)

Our topological network properties analysis python script, TopNet, allows any user to quickly and easily analyze the topological parameters of their correlation network. Network properties analyzed include but are not limited to: Network density, mean degree, average shortest path length, and the proportion of unexpected correlations (PUC) in the network, along with others. Node properties include but are not limited to degree, strength, betweenness centrality, and Bipartite Betweenness Centrality (BiBC). Please refer to the GitHub page page for more information.
