Critiquing a Recruitment Ad

I believe that my brand shows people that I am someone who isn’t afraid to try new things and jump in to learn something new. I have never been someone who shies away from a challenge, or a learning curve and my biggest asset is my work ethic. I also have strong leadership skills that I know how to exercise but I also know when to become a follower to get the job done the best and most efficient way possible. Part of being a leader also means knowing when to listen and observe so that I can pay attention to the details and replicate them accordingly.

If I were writing an ad for my skillset I would emphasize that what you choose to put in is what you will get out of the experience. Now this works for internships and jobs that are not being paid but another way to phrase this for people to be in a successful job is by asking for a growth mindset. Someone who is always willing to learn and grow. You can learn something from everyone, it just depends on if it is something you should do or not do. I would also highlight someone who is a self-starter and has excellent communication skills. This means that they are willing to get projects done in a timely manner without being micromanaged and then they can communicate that to whoever is involved in the process. I am also a very social person and I love to work with people so making a requirement for not only good communication skills but also teamwork skills is something that should be highly sought after in this position as well. Lastly, I would emphasize the ability to work with a variety of technologies including Microsoft Office and MacBook office since we are very much living in an age where computer science skills are extremely important and needed more and more every day.
