Please submit your nominations, online, via this online form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oregonstate.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_cZVockHZoBglwyO\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">https:\/\/oregonstate.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_cZVockHZoBglwyO<\/mark><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that there is a character limit to nomination fields.
