When it comes to being an employee I want my brand to establish and consistently reinforce who I am and what I stand for. With that being said, that all starts with your first impression. The first impression that I present to potential employers shows that I am open to opportunities, I am reliable, and I am transparent. These three things may seem quite vague but at their core, they show that I am someone who is willing to step up and try new things and take on new tasks while being true to what I believe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In regards to how I would represent myself in a novel and creative situation wanted ad I would stick to the basics. I would have a clean design that implemented bursts of color that would catch someone&#8217;s eye because that is what will initially draw them into reading my ad. With this, I would include short but impactful statements that go along with who I am as a person and a potential employee. Creating this ad would be very similar to creating something such as a PowerPoint. The key to a good PowerPoint for a presentation is to include images and graphics that go along with what you are saying, as well as having brief bullet points that share the main gist of what you are discussing. The main details should not be written on the slides but should be verbally expressed. This same logic would apply to creating an ad.
