Everything I know about cloning I learned during lab this week, and I am still not entirely clear on what it is. From what I know, it has something to do with creating an identical copy of something. Also, from my research on gene therapy, I know that bacterial vectors are used to transport DNA, because they can take it up. So, cloning using bacterial vectors probably has to do with duplicating genetic material using bacteria to carry it.
