In the Seascape Ecology Lab, Amanda helps with analyzing phytoplankton composition in the water column using the Imaging Flow Cytobot (IFCB), manually annotating images of phytoplankton samples, and assisting in the Cooperative Fisheries Project. She hopes to continue studying and understanding harmful algal blooms into graduate school.
