I\u2019m not just here to check boxes\u2014I want to build things that matter. I\u2019ve worked in fast-paced environments where I\u2019ve had to take initiative, adapt quickly, and work with all kinds of people, which has helped me become a strong communicator and team player. One of my strengths is being dependable and detail-oriented, but I also bring positive energy wherever I go. On the flip side, I sometimes take on too much because I want to help, but I\u2019ve learned to manage that by setting better boundaries. What sets me apart is my balance\u2014I\u2019m professional, but I keep things human.
