This project leverages advanced fluorescence-based techniques\u2014specifically anisotropy and polarization\u2014to probe the biochemical and biophysical properties of key proteins involved in the disease pathway. By analyzing how these proteins interact with potential therapeutic compounds, we can gain deeper insight into molecular mechanisms and identify promising drug candidates more efficiently. The use of fluorescence anisotropy and polarization allows for highly sensitive, real-time monitoring of molecular interactions, making this approach ideal for screening large libraries of compounds. This research not only contributes to the understanding of Alzheimer\u2019s disease at the molecular level but also supports the development of tools that can be adapted for other neurodegenerative conditions.
