What Type of Manager I Want to Be
As a manager, I want my employees to feel valued, supported, and comfortable in their work environment. I think it’s important to encourage growth and give employees the chance to improve their skills. I would also make sure communication is open so employees feel heard and included. Creating a positive and respectful work culture would be one of my main priorities.
Challenges of Being a Manager
