There should be no anticipated disruption of service. While every effort will be made to ensure all proxied links work correctly, it is possible that a small portion of proxied links on our sites may still not work correctly. Any link still pointing to the previous proxy URL will no longer work correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the new Proxy URL?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of August 31, all proxied online resources links should begin with the following prefix:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oregonstate.idm.oclc.org\/login?url=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/oregonstate.idm.oclc.org\/login?url=<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oregonstate.idm.oclc.org\/login?url=http:\/\/www.africaknowledgeproject.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/oregonstate.idm.oclc.org\/login?url=http:\/\/www.africaknowledgeproject.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Any links beginning with the previous proxy prefix will no longer work as of August 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Previous Proxy URL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/proxy.library.oregonstate.edu\/login?url=\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/proxy.library.oregonstate.edu\/login?url=<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does this affect library users?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Library users should not see much change because proxied links should all be updated behind the scenes prior to the migration.
