The Chronicle of Higher Education is now conveniently available on any mobile device or PC when you use your OSU email address to register for a Chronicle.com account.<\/p>\n

REGISTER FOR A FREE ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Go to Chronicle.com<\/a> and click on the \u201clog in<\/em>\u201d<\/strong> link at the top, right hand side of the\u00a0 page. \u00a0Then click the \u201cCreate a free Account<\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/em> button. Enter and confirm your OSU e-mail address, then follow the steps on the account setup pages. \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:<\/em><\/strong> After you login with your new OSU-associated account, the locks will still appear on premium content, but you will have access.<\/p>\n

ACCESS WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE, TABLET, or PC
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Go to chronicle.com on your Web browser and select \u201cLog In\u201d at the top.<\/li>\n
  2. Type your Chronicle login account information associated with your OSU e-mail address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    DOWNLOAD THE CHRONICLE iPAD APP<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Open the iPad App Store.<\/li>\n
    2. Find The Chronicle app and select the download option. \u00a0You will be asked for your iTunes\/Apple ID username and password, enter it in and then your app will download and install.<\/li>\n
    3. Once installed, tap The Chronicle app.<\/li>\n
    4. When the app opens up, tap \u201cSign In\u201d on the top right.<\/li>\n
    5. Type the login information for your Chronicle account associated with your OSU e-mail address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
