For now I am a banker, find a good job is a huge challenge for me, since in 2021 the complex and grim employment. After I finish my college study, I came back to my country then start finding jobs. After I submitted nearly seventy or eighty resumes one after another, I got 4 interviews, but none of them were successful. While looking for a job, I have been accumulating project experience, so I tried to post my experience to social platform to find if other people have same experience with me and also learn other people’s successful experience, and it has attracted some people’s attention, we share the interview experience and study material. My resume and relevant experience, after this, I feel that I am close to my first job.
Treat job hunting as a full-time job, and do it with full responsibility. Looking for a job is no longer like studying. Therefore, every operation and every choice we do needs to be taken seriously and carefully, and we must be responsible for ourselves. In the process of looking for a job, think more and summarize more so that you can do better next time. For example, if you fail an interview, you must not let it pass away easily. You must recall and think about the problems you have encountered at which step, how to improve them.
The second point is to cultivate interest. If you don’t like what you do, it’s hard to keep your enthusiasm for your work and take the initiative to improve your abilities. As the saying goes, experience is the teacher of all things.
