Self Reflection

1. What am I good at?

I am good at connecting with people. I am highly empathetic and communicate well. Additionally I have success managing my time and completing all required work.

2. What do I value?

I value honesty and integrity. I am very truthful regardless of sharing a mistake or a success. I also value organization throughout all of my work and activities. I live to be well planned and thought through.

3. How did I get here?

I got here because I am hard working and driven. My path here took a lot of determination, however, I was able to connect with people and show my work ethic. This network helped me to find a place where I can shine.

4. Where am I going?

I am going to graduate and eventually own and operate a business. Currently my focus is on graduation and building my resume. I work as human resources and a student both full-time. After I earn my degree, I am going to start my journey for business ownership.
