For example, we need money to guarantee our lives because we want to survive. Similarly, because we want to get higher compensation from our job, then we need to work harder or get a higher position. Therefore, the meaning of compensation is the reward that people get after a period of meaningful behavior. In a company, with more meaningful and difficult behaviors we can have, the greater impact and more gold content result we can get. And the more compensation we can get afterward, which also proves that our ability is stronger naturally. So, the relationship between them can be regarded as an equal transaction or understood as a movement of energy conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once this conservation is broken in the work environment, which means that our efforts and results cannot be compensated accordingly. Then we will lose the morale and motivation to fight for it through work but may also choose a new environment that can give us the same amount of exchange. And this is what makes job-hopping or left job happens. Similarly, if our compensation is much higher than our work achievements and behaviors, then we may lose our work hard willpower. Also, we may gradually believe and be used to this situation, and sinking and become passive for it. In the end, our abilities and ambition may be abandoned and then be replaced or eliminated by better talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You want to know how I know this?
