This blog prompt actually caters heavily towards myself. When I was in fourth grade my father told my family that we would be moving to Europe. We had three options; Italy, France, or England. We chose England as it was the only English speaking country that we could choose from. We figured that this would make the transition as easy as possible. For the next two and a half years I lived in England and went to an international school for kids in similar situations to myself. The move was hard and I don’t know if I ever really adjusted to living there. I am grateful for the experience and the travel and cultures it provided me insight into. Opportunities that change the trajectory of a career are few and far between. It is important to take those opportunities when they come no matter how uncomfortable the situation may present.
