My personal brand that I would want my employers to know is that I have a strong work ethic and I am adaptable. I have a strong work ethic in a way that I would get all my task completed on time. I am able to do this since I can effectively manage my time. Doing so can help me focus on the important task so I can do it efficiently. I am also adaptable since I also enjoy learning new things. I am comfortable to learn new skills that may be different from my field and I might be able to use the new skill to master several types of jobs.
I would present myself by ensuring that my employees know my strengths. I would try to advertise myself by being able to show my strengths by proving with past achievements and how my strengths can be beneficial to the company. I should make the ad interesting enough so the employers will want to take their time to look at the ad. I would also make it just enough so they can get all the information needed clearly without taking a long time to understand the ad about myself. I would select the company that can benefit from my skills. This would make it easier for the company and myself to know how I can be useful for the company.
