I would first try to do my own research on how valid and how severe the discrimination is. It might happen due to unintentional discrimination where there is a chance, I might still support the company in the way of using their products. However, if the discrimination is severe and purely intentional then I will decide to not support the company anymore unless they are willing to prove and show how they can overturn the situation. In the case where the company will try to overturn the situation, it will take a long time for them to redeem themselves to the public. If I still decide to support the company, it will also affect me by having other people think that I support the discrimination. It would be unethical for me to continue supporting a company that discriminates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Unintentional or not, I would think twice before applying for the company. I would most likely not apply for a position in a company that discriminates. I think that nowadays, a single issue such as this will destroy the company\u2019s brand and reputation. It will be difficult for the company to recover from such issue since it has become more important nowadays and can face severe punishments.
