Week 3 – Blog Post: Job Descriptions

Job descriptions are a key factor that influences many job seekers’ decisions to apply for banking positions. The job description outlines the job duties, qualifications, and requirements, which helps job seekers determine if they have the skills and experience needed for the job. It can also help job seekers understand the expectations and requirements of the job, which may influence their decision to apply or not to apply. The job description can also provide information about the organization’s culture, values, and work environment, which may be an important consideration for some candidates. That’s why I chose the bank at that time. First of all, the first point is because in the future benefits package, the f-benefits package after the retirement of state employees is not available in some private companies, in other words, you don’t need to do anything in later life to get paid, which provides a high guarantee for life after 60, but the key issue is that during the tenure The salary is very low, probably less than $1,000, so when I was considering it, I just wanted to get a work experience and didn’t think about the amount of salary, it was enough for me to learn a lot inside, just an internship, which in my opinion is a learning process. For me, job descriptions provide a general overview of job duties, qualifications, and requirements, but they may not cover the full scope of the job or the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities. So in addition to the nature of the job as described at the time, I will have other tasks and things to accomplish on a daily basis, and while in the finance department, many times I will need to deal with various issues such as bad bank debts or the status of the month’s financial intake. Also in the learning process, there are some basic daily reports that need to be submitted, as well as keeping up to date with the financial situation, all of which I did not expect at the beginning, but HR will basically tell us the truth about these situations during the interview, and the extra work will be there, but not a lot in my opinion. It’s all within the acceptable range.
