Job Compensation… Is it worth the money?

My family has a close friend of ours who recently about a couple of days ago had notified his company that he was leaving. There had been many reasons why they had left and some of these reasons were why a few members of my family has left the company. Some included a pause in the company putting money into the employee’s 401k plans along with some members getting a reduction in commission by nearly 20%. This can really take a toll on the lively hood of employees who have so dependently leaned on those sorts of compensation plans. This was a heavy motivator for why these people had originally accepted the job offer to go work at this company. Everyone will eventually at some point in their life retire and these sorts of compensation plans really are dependent and motivate employees to keep working in order to sustain a safe and comfortable living once they have retired. This is the sole reason why compensation plans ignite and motivate employees to work for companies that are willing to pay for these types of plans. Now when these plans are halted, and reduced in the long run this a is a big motivator for employees to move onto another company. Everyone will retire and compensation programs like 401k, Cost of Loving Adjustments, and insurance are many motivating incentives that people are looking for and striving to work for a company that applies these resources. The need for safe living is always a necessity and with these plans, they can ensure employees will be guaranteed this protection and safety.
